Refund is not our idea, we are looking for the best quality of every item on this website. However, you are able to request for a refund if the design is damaged completely and it can’t be solved. We regret to announce that returns and exchanges are NOT available; however, kindly contact us within 3 days after downloading to solve any problems that arise in acidence. I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Besides, I’d love to have some suggestions for every customer. We can exchange to another item and or customize the file if the file is broken, missing any single part, or it’s not working as the general standards. We’ll try to resolve the mistake or complete your ideas.
